    Interagency email from EPA (Aaron Setran) to BIA (John Krause) regarding PTP's permit and monitoring requirements. Sent 6/28/11 at 5:04 p.m. CCd: Rich Campbell. Mr. Setran wrote, "Attached is an e-copy of the current UIC permit for Pineview Estates. Monitoring requirements were slightly modified after Mr. May passed away, and the HOA took over the monitoring requirements.....this was done in an effort to curtail some of the costs associated with the monitoring, and also, at that time, SDWA violations were not occurring."
