role of the code of ethics - guide the professional conduct
of the Group and its affiliates.
status of the Code of Ethics - The Code is not intended to
replace the laws and regulations or replace existing
agreements or commitments.
role of the Group Ethics Committee - is responsible for
handling questions related to Group ethical standards
- it is made up of a chairman and three other members

Commitment to Respect -guides the relations with all
stakeholders and is a permanent part of business activities
Commitment to Integrity - leads to strictly observe duty
of honesty in business dealings.
Commitment to Quality - providing customers with quality
service.
The Team spirit - solidarity and cooperation

with customers improve products and services, the
quality of relations in all channels
with shareholders - increasing shareholder trust with the
aim of ensuring that their investment is profitable
with employees - integrity, sense of initiative,
accountability, and motivation employees

With suppliers - lasting relationships-based on trust,
integrity and respect
With competitors - fair competition- seek to competitively
differentiate
With all other stakeholders in countries where the Group
operates -comply with the laws and regulations in force
and respect the natural and cultural environments of the
countrieswhere we do business.
