Pandomedi Dear Mr. Gaddis: ‘We are counsel for PandoMedia Inc. and write concerning your above-referenced letter. Pando hoped your client’s change of counsel reflected a change of heart. But, sadly, yout letter is more of the same. It threatens litigation unless Pando agrees within 10 days to pay $65,000, just as prior counsel on September 3 threatened to sue unless Pando agreed within 10 days to pay $48,193.65 and on July 22 threatened to sue unless Pando agteed within 10 days to pay $55,871.16. ‘To put all this in context, your letter threatens litigation unless Pando agrees to pay invoices it saw for the first time three weeks earlier on September 3. Perhaps you are unaware the (backdated) PandoMonthly invoices initially submitted July 22 had to be corrected and resubmitted on September 3 to address numerous misstatements, including documented falsification of bills, ‘As Pando has said, it will pay accurate invoices for authorized work actually done. After being corrected, the PandoMonthly invoices received September 3 appear to meet that test. Pando will thus pay the $7,329.70 due on those invoices pursuant to its standard payment terms. But the rest of your client's invoices continue to contain serious errors, such as seeking reimbursement for bills not paid and payment for work not done. We will detail these misstatements in another letter In the interim, Pando’s policy is to publish reports on threatened litigation.
