Merry Winter Market Vendor Guidelines 2015


Vendors must have all applicable licenses including tax and food licenses. If you do not have your tax
ID by Friday November 20, 2015 you will not be able to participate.
Booth rental is $40.00 per 6ft. table space. Please sign up by Friday, November 20, 2015. You may pay
via PayPal on the website, or please make checks or money order payable to Morgan Garza with Merry
Winter Table in memo line. Please send Vendor Application and check/money order/cash to:

There will be no extension cords, chairs or tables provided. Please bring your own table and chairs/
extension cord if needed.
Each vendor is responsible for his/her display and merchandise. Please think about your presentation and
consider making your booth creative and attractive. We ask that your booth be neat, clean and free from
visible overflow merchandise.
Vendors must have their booth manned at all times. We ask that vendors please do not bring your
children. The Market will take place at a gym, and it may not be a safe environment for unsupervised
children.
Merry Winter Market, Morgan Garza and G7 Athletics will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, lost,
stolen, or damaged items. If applicable, you must provide your own insurance.
Vendors may set up on Sat., December 5 starting at 9am, and must be set up no later than 9:45am on
Sat. December 5, 2015. No Booth closures prior to 6pm Saturday night.
This event will take place rain or shine.
Vendors must provide adequate change to handle all transactions. Change will not be available.
Vendors should plan to have their booth space clean by 7:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015
We ask that any inappropriate items not be sold. We reserve the right to prohibit the display or sale of
items we consider to be in poor taste.
We regret that we cannot give refunds after November 9, 2015.
Invite your friends and family! Some ways you can advertise: Follow the Merry Winter Market Facebook
page, invite your friends to follow Merry Winter, or make the Merry Winter logo your profile pic. We will
be advertising vendor items in the 12 Merry Days of Winter on that Facebook page!
Email Morgan a picture of one or more of your items for sale to be displayed on Facebook during the 12
Merry Days of Winter. merrywintermarket@gmail.com
Upon acceptance, Merry Winter Market will send you several business cards/postcards to pass out to
your friends and family.
