2. My enrolment to the Automatic Debit Agreement (‘ADA shall take elect

the issuing bank or acquiring bankis rejected or declined for any reason
for whatsoever | shall settle my outstanding balance rectly with SMART
for through SMART’ authorized payment partner,

creditcard details brought about by cases, suchas, but not limited to, lost
creditcard, upgrade and/or card renewal, shall be required to submit 3

8B. l undertake to advice youn advance, ofthe new expiry date of my
enrolled credit card, ether in writing or through a phone call to your
Customer Service at (02) 888-1111 or (02) 672-6888 using 3 landline oF
"6888 using 2 Smart Postpaid cellphone. | shall not hold you liable forthe
Inconvenienceor delay of my payments should the credit card company
decline the transaction due to my expited credit card
9. understand that at any time, SMART may initiate the cancellation of my
enrollment to ADA, for any reason whatsoever. Incase of such cancellation,
| shal poy ny bills directly with SMART or through SMART’ authorized
[payment partners. Any amount due prior to the effective date of such
cancellation ee sil valid and may stl be submitted by SMART othe issuing
bank o acquiring bank fr approval
10. 1 full understand that my enrolment tothe ADA may entitle my account
to exemplions from the pretediection and redirection services even when
ny usage has exceeded the assigned credit limit for my account.
