My Philosophy of Teaching

Teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change.

Learning is more than absorbing facts, it is acquiring understanding.
- William Arthur Wood
Teaching is not just a profession that we are taking, not just a past time to
make the hours remaining be productive, but it is a life. Life in the school, life
that every other day you will learn something new. Dealing with different
kinds of people, raised by their own culture, to their beliefs. It is a hard task,
considering others, understanding them, making some adjustments.
Teaching as we imparting our knowledge, but they the students of us are also
imparting their lives to us. Believing that we as teachers should not payback
our students on the pains that we been through. We dont have the rights to
give them the bad experiences that we already had. Because if we also do
that were just the same on the people who hurts us. Considering the
students as the next leaders of tomorrow. So, if we taught them
appropriately today they will be next leaders on the future. And we should
not just teach them but also helping them to achieve their dreams and gain
their success and proudly we as teachers been part of that victory.

Career development this year

As I am still a 3rd year student. I will continue this journey, as I am near
to the future of being a real teacher. I will pray and work hard. Wiling to learn
new things that can enhance my teaching career. I will give more efforts to
finish this course. Giving much more efforts for the next semester for this is
much heavier than to the present. Pursuing this course with the help of the
Lord is my motivation.

I want to take some rest but I will prepare myself on taking the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). I will undergo a review on a review
center. Or for a while I will find a decent job for me to have my own money
that can help to sustain my financial needs . And also, I will continue my
leadership process to our church which also it is equipping leaders.

school, earning my own money that not just to support my needs but also for
my family. Paying back to my parents love and efforts. Not on financial way
but giving them a financial support. Helping my younger brothers on
sustaining their needs just like my older brother did for me. I will work here
and also work at abroad for me to have different experiences. Exploring the
world and their culture. Learning the different things that I dont already
know. Willing to learn this different ways. And not just to attain this purposes
but doing the higher purpose of God.
All of this are just my plans, but I am still relying on what is Gods plan
for me. I will let His plan to happen because I know His plans are better than
mine.
