l. PERSONNEL ISSUES
For the month of February 2010, two Intake Officers performed the duties of primary
intake with the assistance of the Enforcement Officers performing the function of
back up duties and occasionally primary intake.
For February 2010, there were a total of 219 intake contacts processed through
Intake. Of those calls, 83 were employment issues, 9 housing issues, 9 public
accommodation issues, 101 non jurisdictional issues, and 17 issues were referred
to other agencies. The Intake Unit filed a total of 24 complaints: 16 employment
complaints, 5 housing complaint, and 3 public accommodation complaints.
As of March 3, 2010, there are 22 open housing cases which include 5 cases over
100 days. The average age of Housing Cases is 64 days.
