Pandit in his edition of the Raghuvaméa (1872 )—Preface p. ri--remarks that the present comm, was composed ‘‘ Sometime between A.D 1635 and 1643” This date is based on the authority of a Chronogram found in the Ms used by him. The Ms having the Same Chro- nogram in the Govt. Ms. Library is No. 373 of 1892-95. Mr. P.
