1.What are the powers of the state? Differentiate each


-Police power safety and order of the state
-Eminent domain power of the state to take away private property with just
compensation.
-Taxation the power of the state to collect money.
2.What are rights of the accused?
-right to remain silent
-Right to know the nature of your crime
-right to have the competent council
-right to a speedy trial
-right to meet the witness face-to-face
-Right to present evidence
3. No because the school said that they are willing to give instructions to the
students, they did not said that it was for all the students. So it means that
the students still have freedom.
4.I will explain to them that they did that act because they wanted to protect
people. It is right that they published in a newspaper.
