My 2015 in Summary

Specially written for those who brought me to where I am today

January
In January, I disconnected myself from a lonely relationship. I gave up on begging for the attention of someone who made
me miserable. Instead, I spent my time with new friends I made from work (Hollister). We went bowling, to hookah bars, etc. I had a
wonderful time. I also left old friends who I felt mistreated from as well. Although they used to be my high school best friends, we
were growing into different people and I felt that I needed to let go of what was no longer there. I graduated a semester early from
Clover High School on the 15th. It was the best, most relieving feeling. I felt free. I could finally move on. Soon after, I went on a
family trip to West Virginia to visit my gran and my older brother, Michael. I had a wonderful time with them. I missed them both a
lot. I was very grateful to see them again. Later on in the month, I spent probably an unhealthy (but extremely fun) time with my
best friend at the time, Morgan. We danced to way too many throwbacks in her room, ate way too much Arbys, and loved each
other. I decided to apply at Hooters, partly for the money, partly to piss off my crappy boyfriend, and I admit, also for the attention. I
got hired on the spot of my interview.

February
In February, I began the stressful process of studying for multiple tests I had to take for my new job at Hooters (All items
on the menu, etc.). I had days of training which were terrifying. I was shy, nervous, and had no clue what I was doing. I broke down
and quit. A few days later, I was regretted it and was lucky enough to be taken back. After a couple weeks, I began making good
money. I was working at Hollister Monday-Wednesday, and at Hooters Thursday-Sunday. A lot of weeks, I had no days off at all. It
was tiring, but worth it. I continued hanging out with my best friend, practically living with her. I worked as a hostess for some
boxing match being showed at Hooters, which was the most fast-paced thing Ive ever done. I had an unreal amount of rude
customers blaming me for all their problems, but luckily there was one sweet guy, Fredrick, who gave me his number. He treated me
with much more respect than any man in Hooters ever would.

March
One day in March, I went to the high school to get my cap and gown, which was an annoying process for me considering
how much I hated everyone in that school, except my art teacher, Mr. Davis, who I visited while waiting for the very slow and useless
counselors to find my things. It was nice catching up with the one person who supported me throughout all 4 years of school. I talked
to Fredrick a lot, and began hanging out with him. I dont think anyone has ever made me laugh and smile so much. My relationship
has been physically over for months, so I decided to finally tell my boyfriend that it was over in words, so I could officially move on.
Practically immediately after, Fredrick and I decided to be in a relationship with each other. I can say with full confidence that we
are the best match possible for each other. We ate twice our weight at nice restaurants and Krispy Kreme, looked at huge houses
(and possibly illegally explored one of the empty ones), visited late at night after my shifts at Hooters (sorry mom), etc.

April
In April, I went to Myrtle Beach with my mom to do something relating to Coastal Carolina University. It was cold, but I
had a good time with her. I continued the same stuff as always when I returned (Hollister, Hooters, Morgan, Fred). Fredrick took me
out for a very expensive meal at Ruths Chris. We called it playing rich. It was so fun. I went roller skating a few times with my
younger brothers, Jacob and Joshua. I played a lot with our dog, Cow.

May
A lot of time in May was spent watching Greys Anatomy with Morgan and hanging out with Fredrick. I had a ton of fun
working with my new friends at Hooters. My mom was working and making friends of her own. She was improving her life so well, I
was so proud to see her happy. One night, Jacob and I got in a fight over Morgan and I trying to play on MY XBox, which turned into
a fight involving mom, which resulted in me being dramatic and moving out. My plan was to move in with my dad, but turned into
moving in with my boyfriend (again, sorry mom). His family was very nice to me. I began making more of an effort to spend time
with my dad, which I believe has made our relationship grow. Im very happy about that. I had a TFP photoshoot with a sweet
photographer named James. The pictures turned out pretty nice. It was fun.

June
My graduation was in June, and I admit, it made me so happy to see those from my past who I was close to, and still love
(Drew, Kenzie, Paige, Holly, Tiffany, Candice, Katie, etc), and my best friend, Morgan, graduate. Looking in the crowd and seeing my
parents, brothers, gran, Jewel, and Fredrick looking back down at me made me happy to see how lucky I am to have these people in
my life. My dad and I went to CCU for orientation, which was long and boring, but I had a great time with him. We also ate the best
mexican food ever in Myrtle Beach. I spent a crazy amount of time with my boyfriend. This was probably one of my favorite months
of my whole life.

July
For the fourth of July, Fredrick and I went to the beach with my friend, Haleigh (thanks!). It was a blast. As soon as we got
back home, Fred and I went to Warped Tour. This was my second time and his first, and it was one of the best days ever. I had
another photoshoot with the same photographer. I went to the beach again, this time with Fredricks family. Fred, his younger sister,
Jewel, and I, went to the Grand Prix Race Park and the water park. I made effort this month to visit my mom and brothers more. At

home, I spent the day with my mom taking pictures for her, she looked very pretty in them.

August
In August, Fred and I went to spend the afternoon with my dad. It was a nice time talking with him. It makes me really happy to know that my dad
actually likes my boyfriend. My friend Haleigh is a cosmetologist, so I let her do my hair. I got my roots darker and the rest of it grey-tinted. I loved it. I
never loved my hair so much. (Thanks girl!). I spent a ton of time in August packing for college. Fredrick and I were able to cram my car full of boxes
and drive all the way down to Myrtle Beach. We spent some time with his dad, meme, Jewel, and his youngest brother, Lincoln. It was a nice time but
the thought of me moving so far away was a huge bummer. We spent hours unpacking everything into my dorm room. My room was super cute, but it
didnt feel right, and not just because of the lack of AC. We tried to make Coastal a happier place for me but the fun events bored the hell out of me.
All of the other students were the immature idiots who were probably popular in high school and brought their big egos and low IQs to a $19-32k
party at the beach. I have no clue how anyone partied here since I got wrote up for my boyfriend visiting me at 2PM. The RA was extremely rude to
us. They accused me of having him spending the night with me (which, 1) Im an adult & we lived together for months already 2) They had no proof,
they just came banging on my door being nosey, and 3) I was paying nearly $3,000 to live in that hell hole. They told me I needed to go talk to the
person over room and board about my actions.. The next day I had early mandatory meetings which were pointless. The staff there had an attitude for
no reason. I felt like I was in middle school again, or possibly jail. I tried to stay positive and go eat the food I was paying $1,400 for. I waited in line for
probably about a half hour to receive a small cheap biscuit, grits, and eggs. It was disgusting and I realized I was paying about $10 a meal for what was
really worth around 99 cents. At night time when I drove back to my dorm, a cop stopped me and shined a light and looked in my car and demanded
to see my ID. It really was like jail. I ordered pizza and as I was walking out to get it, an RA stopped me and lectured me for missing a mandatory hall
meeting, which was only posted on a black and white flyer in the elevator. She insisted that she needed to check my room. She demanded that Fredrick
needed to leave. I told her I had the right to have guests. She lectured me on how Im not aloud to have guests stay the night, so I asked her what time
they would have to leave, and she told me that he shouldnt even be there at all. It was only 10PM. She told me she would have another RA check my
room at midnight, despite how invasive and rude that was considering I had a math class at 8am. If I couldnt even have my boyfriend visit me, then
Id have to leave the school every time he visited and get a hotel. In fact, we were so mad about that place, we got a cheap hotel on the beach. It was

such a relief to not have to be constantly paranoid about that rude knocking on the door to tell me I was in trouble for something.. We ate our pizza on
the balcony and played by ocean. I was so happy to accept that leaving was okay, and it was a very good decision that I do not regret at all. I was signed
up for pointless classes such as First Year Experience, Art Studio, and a health class. I had algebra classes every day at 8am. None of the classes were
even relevant to my major, and at that rate if I wanted to get all my pre-reqs finished for dental school, I would likely have to spend more than 4 years
there. Driving back and forth from home and coastal would be brutal towards my bank account. I would be broke to live somewhere that made me
miserable. Luckily, I received a refund for most of my tuition. In the morning, we spent some more time at the ocean before going back to Coastal to
pack my things back into my car. It only took us a little over an hour or so, then we got the hell out of there. We moved into a beautiful apartment
together in Charlotte, NC. I wasnt sure if Id be able to go to school this Fall semester, and even if Online classes didnt work out, I was still going to be
educated. I spent hours in the UNCC library studying biology, dental terminology, and spanish. Luckily, CPCC offers shorter 8-week long classes, so I
applied and immediately got accepted.

September
AKA, this month. Fredrick and I found this place called Dave & Busters, which is probably our new favorite place. They
have the BEST food ever, a huge arcade, bowling, and pool. Joshua visited us at our apartment, then spent the next day playing at
Freds house with Lincoln. It made me happy to see them getting along. I got a membership at Planet Fitness so I can work out with
my mom or Fred and also use the tanning beds. I had another photoshoot with a photographer named Chris. I havent been sent the
pictures yet, but Im excited. One of Freds closest friends, Ashley, and I decided to give him a birthday surprise by taking him to
Dave & Busters. We had a group of 9 people total there. It was a really fun time and Im happy that we could do that for him. We
took Jewel to the movies to see The Visit. Im not sure if I should call it a parody or a scary movie, but it was fun to watch. I went
big girl grocery shopping today and bought actual food to be cooked. Im excited to grill steaks with baked potatoes tomorrow..
