Board Meeting Procedural Update:

physicalarrangement.Boardalignedonaphysicalarrangementforboardmeetingsthat
satisfiestherequirements.

Management Update:
RuthieannouncedthattherearetwoMemosofUnderstanding,onecraftedbyChaseour
formerlawyer,andonecraftedbyBillMofArtSpaceTCHDCrefusedtosigneitherversionthat
havebeendrafted.

UntilTCHDCandREEarebothatthetabletositandhashoutagreementoveranMOUwewill
continuewithbusinessasusual.

Lastmeetingwentwell.FocuswasonpreppingforArtCrawl.Thereweretwohandouts
putoutsidehouseholdsdoors.Afrontlobbyexhibitionspaceformwassubmitted.
CommitteetalkedaboutdifferentwaystolookattheculdesacareasduringArtCrawl.
TalkedaboutpartneringwithGoldensandtheirgalleryspace,andhelpingthemto
coordinatetheirgalleryspacenotnecessarilywithTilsnerartistsbutthatwewouldhelp
themdothatandourarteventscouldeventuallyleveragethat.Thatwhole4thstreet
corridoraregreatallies:Bedlam,ShowtimeGallery,Goldens,RiverPizza.
Only92guestregistrationsforSaintPaulArtCrawl(lessthanhalfofwhatitnormallyis),
butRuthieleavesroomforlastminuteartists.Ideawasproposedforputtingthemin
vacantstudios.
