For the first time use, Once the mortar is grey, inject mortar from bottom of hole and move slowly till hole is filled with HILTI HIT RE-500. Release pressure from the application gun to stop mortar from flowing out. 4.2.4 Insert reinforcement bar immediately until embedment marking on rebar and let it cure for the duration specified in technical data sheet. The installation is now complete.
