Title Enhancing 5F students Writing Guided Writing Skills

T&L From my observation;
a) Students are able to understand the guided answer writing
reflection question however, they lack skills in writing simple English
sentences
b) This is because they have lack of understanding on how to
comprehend the guided essay question
c)

Issue From my observation, students have difficulties in;

a) Writing short and simple sentences with minimum grammar
mistakes
b) Writing the sentences according of answering the question given

Research At the end of research, students will be able to;

i. General Objectives
Objective - Answer the question on guided writing in English paper 1
- Improve school’s GNP and the increment of percentage passes
in SPM English language
ii. Specific Objectives
- Increase students capacity in writing more thus having more
chance to score in exam
- Students ability to answer the guided writing question
- Increase my knowledge in RnD for educational purposes
Target 1. 12 students from 5F (4 Chinese, 5 Malays and 3 Indians; 6 boys and
6 girls)

Suggested 2. I will accommodate solutions from other teachers from other school
(as they are my peers)
action 3. These solutions are carefully selected to accordingly to students
need in learning capabilities
4. 12 students chosen are from different race Students will be given a
mock test (guided writing test) so that they would be prepared for
it
5. I will check the on their performances during 6 months stint
6. Lessons and personal tutorial will be given to the students
7. A series of guided writing test will follow after 6 months stint
8. Result of the Rnd can be publish only for school and not the usage
of other school as there will be comments and critiques of the
weaknesses of the program
