    We, the undersigned, Fourth Year Pharma Students of Centro Escolar


    University (CEU) would like to request your good office to allow us to obtain a
    certain bacteria commonly known as human conjunctivitis. We will be
    using the said bacteria in conducting our thesis research entitled: In Vitro
    determination of antibacterial property of kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) in
    treating conjunctivitis.

    Our purpose in obtaining the abovementioned bacteria is to conduct an


    experiment to determine whether or not kamias (Averrhoa bilimbi) can be use
    as an alternative in treating conjunctivitis and as well serve as evidence to
    justify/defend our thesis in the near future.
