Attend the SMIC WAVE
(Work Attitude and Values Enhancement Program).

This workshop reviews the participants work values in the light of the SMIC corporate values and
the components of ethical decision-making.
Experiential learning experiences lead the
participants on a journey to discover their own work value system. The participants are then
encouraged to consider their responsibility to the work organization and to others in the
workplace and how that might play a role in work productivity, decision making and even
individual and corporate survival as SMIC charts its course in the light of achieving the corporate
vision and mission.

Program Objectives:

The participants will learn that they have a choice as to

how to respond to the events of everyday work.

The participants will learn how their individual roles in the organization
contribute to the overall transformation of the organization.

They will learn to identify and clarify their personal values and goals as they relate to the
organizations values and goals.
