Meet with the participants to have a more in-depth
discussion and orientation on the coaching and
mentoring process

Review the Training Design of each of the 3 training


programs designed.
Accomplish a Detailed Action Plan (using training
Management Checklist and Gantt Chart) for
preparation of conduct of each training program to
include:
Letters of invitation
Coordination with offices of target
participants
Preparation and reproduction of handouts,
training evaluation and other materials
needed
Logistics (i.e. equipments, venue,
schedules, etc.)
Coordination with resource persons/subject
matter experts, if needed.
Issuance of travel orders (if necessary) for
both trainers and participants
Trainers manual prepared
