Strategic Prompt: Why is this topic/focus area important?


I fail to organize and analyze results from assessments (formal and informal) by improving this I will
successfully reach and meet the needs of my students. I also have a difficult time adjusting to change in a
lesson for example if something I have planned out in my lesson changes or something goes wrong Im bad at
adapting on the spot and having a smooth transition.

Objective:

Organize and analyze results from assessments to enhance future lessons to


produce greater outcome of understanding to each student. Have back up ideas for
each lesson incase lesson doesnt go as planned.

Specific, Rigorous, Results-Focused Prompt: What skills, knowledge, or practice will I


acquire or develop through achieving this goal?
I will improve my lessons/ objectives so my students will have a better understanding of whats expected and
on the lessons it self and become better at assessing each students needs so I can enhance each students
learning experiences, and improve future instruction.

After the pre and post assessment of a couple of lessons, I will need to assess a couple of lessons I will assess
what the students know and dont know and assess my lessons from there. I will assess if the students meet
and understand the objective of each project and adjust to be consistent with meeting this goal.

Action-Oriented, Tracked Prompt: How will I demonstrate progress toward this goal?
I will collect evidence from my pre assessment and adjust my lesson from there, after we finish a project I will
give them the same assessment to see if how I taught my lesson helped the students. If this technique didnt
work or show progress on their knowledge of the project then I will adjust my lessons/ teaching style to reach
the needs of more students

When I give the students the post assessment form I can see what students increases their knowledge on the
subject and how well they completed their project over all on the topic.
