environment
Environmental Issue: Pollution
Definition and Citation: Pollution is a presence of matter
(gas, liquid, solid) or energy (heat, noise, radiation) whose
nature, location, or quantity directly or indirectly
alters characteristics or processes of any part of the environment,
and causes (or has the potential to cause) damage to
the condition, health, safety, or welfare of animals,
humans, plants, or property.
(businessdictionary.com/definition/pollution)
Causes-human activity: Air pollution is the most dangerous
type of pollution. Air pollution happens because of many reasons.
Excessive burning of fuel which is necessity of our daily lives for
cooking, driving and other industrial activities, releases a huge

Paragraph:
Human Environment Interaction is one of the themes of
geography. Human Environment Interaction help geographers
understand how do we survive with the environment. Human
Environment Interaction has 3 parts, how do we depend, how do
we adapt and how do we modify the environment. Human depend
on the environment because we need foods, shelter, etc. For
example we drink water, eat fruits, eat vegetables/crops, make
shelter, build school, etc.
Human adapt to the environment because we need to keep our
condition of our body healthy. For example we build AC to cool
ourselves when it is hot, we wear a hat when it is sunny, we wear
an umbrella when it is raining, etc. Human modify (change) the
environment because we need places for shelters and
equipments For example we cut down trees to make shelters,
buildings, highways, school, roads, tables, floor, walls and much
more. Human Environment Interaction is one of the themes of
geography. I discovered that Human Environment Interaction help
geographers understand how do we survive with the
environment.
