McDonalds strategic plan is called plan to win. The concept of this plan is for McDonalds
to not be the biggest fast food restaurant chain, but to be the best fast food restaurant chain.
McDonalds tries to achieve this by applying the five Ps: People, products, place, price and
promotion.

McDonalds vision is to be the worlds best quick service restaurant and leading fast food
provider through the globe. experience.
Mission
To be customers favroute place and way to eat to improve operations to provide the most
delicious fast food that meets customers satisfaction
Values
Provide good quality, services to customer and to have a clean environment

Operational Plan
McDonalds orignal plan was to operate a
successful burger restaurant which delived
consistently good food at low price.
Ongoing plan
The first critical step of McD operational
growth-led plan is to strengthen effectiveness
and efficiency to drive faster and more
customer-led decisions. McD will restructure
our business into four new segments that
combine markets with similar needs,
challenges, and opportunities for growth."
