Ingredients
20 Brussels sprouts, stems removed and cut in half
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 small thumb size ginger, finely chopped
1 or 2 thai chilies, finely chopped *optional
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Maggi seasoning
Instructions
1. - Preheat oven to 400F.
2. - In a pan over medium/high heat, add oil, garlic, ginger and chilies and cook for one minute.
3. - Add Brussels sprouts, lower heat to medium and cook for about 7 minutes, until the leaves are slightly
charred.
4. - Turn the heat off and add soy sauce. Stir well.
5. - Add butter to aluminum foil and add the Brussels sprouts.
6. - Close the foil, leaving a little slit opened and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
7. - Put the Brussels sprouts on a plate or a bowl and season with Maggi seasoning.
