Tsunagaru Inochi is private company created by Matt and Mariko Wendell. We oer weekly healing services
to nursing homes, daycare, and hospitals. Our mission is to give patients enjoyable experiences of Reiki,
Sokushin Do, or Yoga that bring peace and happiness to their daily lives. We hope patients look forward to
their treatments and workshops and that sta witness improvements in patients phyical, emotional, and
mental well being as result of taking part in these complimentary health care modalities.

Ureishi Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy bodywork where the therapist places the hands on 12 areas of the body in
sequence. Lying hands on the body in a focused manner works on several levels. Physically the patient feels
warmth, which helps to relax the mind and calm the emotions. Breathing becomes balanced and rhythmic and
all systems tend to align in harmony. In addition, the therapy works on the bodies Chi or energy eld to help
bring harmony between body and spirit.

Sokushin Do
Is a Reexology Massage technique that focuses on the patients feet. A foot massage feels very good and
relaxes patients. Each area of the foot corresponds to an internal organ or body system. Using the 2000
year old system we can improve many body imbalances with various techniques, durations, and frequencies
targeting specic regions of the foot. This technique has said to have originated in China around 40 B.C.

Yasashii Yoga
Is a form of focused body stretching that originated in India, and is now widely practiced throughout the
world. We will teach patients to gently stretch and hold various positions to bring strength, felxibility, and
vitality into their bodies. Yoga also works to calm the mind, balance the emotions, and connect patients to in
their own inner wisdom and overall sense of well-being. Care Home Yoga can be practiced in large or smaller
groups and by all types of patients in the faciltiy.

We work with each facility individually to create a schedule that works well for you and your patients. We can
do large or small group yoga lessons. They can precede, follow, or go simaltaneously with Reiki and Sokushin
Do sessions, ranging from 5 - 60 minutes and including single or multiple patient treatments in sequence.
