Lesson Focus:
Underhand throwing- accuracy.
# Of students: 20
Safety Considerations:
When the students are throwing the ball up in the air
and trying to catch it they might bump into each
other since theyre not looking where they are going.
Before the students start the station I will tell them to
spread out from each other. If they do run in to each
other Ill check if theyre ok, and if theyre not ok
then I will send them to the school nurse.

I will give students 3 chances/strikes before they have Skipping, galloping, jumping, teamwork, underhand

and recite the COTS throughout the lesson.
H-R Fitness (H): SWBAT recognize the fun, enjoyment and challenges physical education
involves. If an activity is too easy for a student then they can increase the distance to make it
more challenging.

Describe the pre-class arrangement
Teacher: Waiting for the students to arrive. Standing by the white line ready to tell the students to put their bags
away and sit on the white line quietly.

ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUES: I will informally assess the students by seeing how well they go
in the stations. If theyre knocking the cones over or getting the bean bags in the hula hoops then
I know they are getting better.
