improvement in their reading comprehension skills demonstrated through verbal and written

consisting of 31 students with varied academic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Worked with the new modules incorporating the Common Core Standards. Administered the
teachers plans while expanding the lessons to incorporate own ideas to strengthen each childs
understanding of the material presented.

Field Experience 2nd Grade. Observed, taught and assisted 2nd grade students in a multicultural,
inclusion classroom.
Designed a successful Reading Comprehension Intervention to help students improve their reading
