consisting of 31 students with varied academic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
Assisted with classroom organization and management, grading papers and giving feedback for
follow-up.
Worked with the new modules incorporating the Common Core Standards. Administered the
teachers plans while expanding the lessons to incorporate own ideas to strengthen each childs
understanding of the material presented.

inclusion classroom.
Designed a successful Reading Comprehension Intervention to help students improve their reading
skills and increase individual success in all subjects. This program is currently used an exemplar at
Buffalo State College for student teachers.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Springville Education Community Foundation Volunteer Assist with fundraising events to offset
costs of school programs such as music, art, sports, and field trips. The Foundation also supports
the local Boys & Girls Clubs and Springville Youth, Inc. allowing children more access to
educational programs and afterschool activities.
