EVENT REGISTRATION DISCLOSURES

IMPORTANT: No audio or video recording is allowed.

This event is produced and offered by Weir International. It has not been reviewed or endorsed by any other corporate entity. While the
techniques and approaches suggested at this event may have worked for others, there is no guarantee that they will work for you. We do
hope, however, that the ideas will assist you in developing a strong and profitable business. The success depicted at this function may
reflect income from multiple sources, such as earnings from the sale of Professional Development Materials, speaking fees, or other
businesses and investments. Purchase of this registration is optional and is not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy of the BuyBack Rule of any other corporate entity. This registration is NOT REFUNDABLE, unless it is returned to Weir International office and
received at least eight (8) days prior to the event. Children and nursing infants are not allowed to attend the general sessions.
LTD & Weir International Event Refund Policy:
Over 90-Day IBOs: Within thirty (30) days of an event, you may request a refund of the purchase price of the event, exclusive of the cost
of travel, meals, or hotel accommodations, provided you have attended the event and provide proof of purchase.
Less than 90-Day IBOs: If you have been registered as an IBO by Amway for less than ninety (90) days, you are entitled to a full refund of
any event registration and irrespective of attendance, upon proof of purchase.
Note: Registrations are not transferable from one person to another.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE REGISTRATION IS ISSUED,
WHETHER OCCURING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY,
PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, LTD, WEIR INTERNATIONAL, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
OWNERS, AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.
This registration is not subject to any refund or shall bear no cash value. If issued complimentarily, this registration shall not be
exchangeable.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the registration purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any
person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly. This includes vulgar or abusive language, or someone who fails to
comply with these or other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. NO REFUNDS. NO
EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
This registration is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the registration. Unlawful resale
or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Registrations obtained from unauthorized sources
may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void.
Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holders image or
likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event in conformance with some local
requirements or certain facility rules. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles, and
containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises.
This registration cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. It is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This
registration is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this registration in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices
included all applicable taxes and /or cash discounts (if available). Those IBOs who need interpreting services for the hearing impaired
must contact the Weir International office no later than three (3) weeks or 21 days before the event by emailing dougweir@me.com.
This service will be provided upon request only. If requests are not provided to Weir International three weeks prior to an event, Weir
International will not provide service.
Recording of Weir International events is strictly prohibited. Weir International events are governed by an all-rights-reserved copyright
policy. In accordance with this policy, Weir International prohibits any and all personal recordings of any Weir International event. This
includes major weekend conferences, weekend leaderships, team meetings, Info Session training, attitude sessions, and night owls.
Audio, video, and cellular recordings of these events are not permitted. All audio and video recording devices are prohibited on the
premises except by the expressed written permission of Weir International. Any attempt by unauthorized personnel to record these
events may result in the confiscation of and forfeiture of the recording device. No recording devices will be allowed into Weir
International events and all bags, briefcases, and backpacks are subject to being searched.
