ASSIGNMENT OF ENGLISH NURSING.

Background situation:
The patient and his/her family has arrive to emergency unit. The patien get injured.
She/he got an accident when she/he ride motorbike. Patient condition is conscious.
Patients family : sorry I am in panic. Please help us. My sister/broth get injured.
Registration official : ok dont worry sir/mam, we will help you, for the first you must
register the patient and please fill the form to identified patient data. The nurse will
take care your sist/broth
Patient family : ok thank you.
(nurse help the patient to enter the surgical room of emergency unit)
Nurse : hello how do you feel?what is your name sir/mam ?
Patient : I am not good mam. My name is Leo Nurbakti. You can call me Leo.
Nurse : what happen sir/mam?can you tell me about your accident?but now I am
going to check your bloodpressure.
Patient : Ok please.(nurse checking bloodpressure while the patient told about
his/her accident) I was get injured when I am going to work one hours ago.My leg
get hurt and bleeding. Please check it out. How about my bloodpressure nurse ?
Nurse : your BP 120/80 mmHg, ok.let me check your wound (nurse check the
wound). Sir/mam the wound isnt seriously but we need to hecting your skin to
stop the bleeding and to prevent of wound infection but the first We will do local
anesthetic around the wound so you will not feel the pain when we hecting your
skin, before we did this can we get your permission?
Patient : ok please.help me nurse.
Nurse : thanks for your permission, wait for minute to prepare all instrument.
(nurse finishing all procedure to take care of the patient)
Patient : thank you nurse, now I am feeling better and the wound stop bleeding.
Nurse : ok, get weel soon, and dont forget to control your wound one week later.
Patient : ok. I will control one week again.thanks for your help.
