PFA of Draft project report and survey data for group 5 section B. So far we had completed
literature review, secondary research and are collecting data for primary research.
Work Ahead

1. Increase the sample size of collected data and analyze data collected using
various statistical tools like annova in order to accept or reject our hypothesis.
2. Based on the previous analysis we would give our recommendations on how an
airlines company can increase its new customer base/increase customer retention
by tapping consumers at various points of his/her buying process.
