Mobile Farm Market Coordinator Berrien Springs, MI July 2015- November 2015
Oversaw the Mobile Farm Market project at Andrews University- a
project to bring fresh produce to low-income areas and encourage local
residents with limited income to buy healthy, local produce
Accurately tracked all financial data and related data for the program that
included: weekly purchases, weekly sales, EBT/Snap (food stamp)
purchases, other expenses, etc.
Harvested, sorted, and prepared produce for deliveries and for Mobile
Market program
Trained three interns in product development, marketing, accounting,
sales, and customer service
Transported produce to market sites and ran the market; duties included
booth set-up and break down, produce quality control, wholesale
deliveries en route, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) deliveries,
and leftover produce drop-offs at local food banks

meetings to ensure the success of the project
Worked along side a dietician from Lakeland Hospital in Berrien county,
