The State of Alabama's Motion to Quash is GRANTED as to the subpoena issued to
Spanish Fort Police Department. All documents and / or discovery related items in the
possession of law enforcement agencies are subject to Rule 16 of the Alabama Rules
of Criminal Procedure and not Rule 17 which would include documents and / or
evidence in the possession of third parties.
