Need to work more on the different subtraction strategies, relating the subject matter back to the learners

I need to make sure that my lessons are finishing on time. A few of the students finished early so I had them
do practice problems on their whiteboards. I also need to make sure that all of the students understand the
directions before I release them to go on their own or with partners.

I will continue to work on my eye contact with all of the learners, that I am facing all of the students with my
body posture, and that I appear confident at all times. I tend to get nervous and appear unconfident.
