Gradually assumed the responsibility of everyday classroom activities, planning, and instruction.
Planned and applied thematic units such as: directed and guided students through the novel, A Roll of
Thunder, Hear my Cry, by Mildred Taylor. Created an action-packed six week unit that included
individual journals, collaborative testing, and individual project assessments.
Created assessment programs that were verifications of student achievement on all levels.
