Award ceremony for honouring successful

MBA Alumni of BRAC University
Your team has to indentify 50 of the most successful alumni of BRACU
MBA program, and collect their details with job description, etc. Once the
info is collected, a souvenir has to be printed with their names and other
information. All these 50 guests will be invited to an event at BRAC Centre
Auditorium for dinner where the VC and other dignitaries of BRAC
University will be present. Also, all the current MBA students who will
complete their MBA this year will be invited. Your team will organize this
whole event. There should be a cultural show also at the end of the
program.

Make a list of activities starting with your first team meeting.

Using a TASK chart fill out the details on dependencies and
duration estimates.
Draw AON diagram and complete the network with CPM.
What is your project duration ?
Identify the Critical path.
Assign responsibilities to each member. Briefly explain why you
have chosen to assign the team member with these
responsibilities.
Do a cost estimate of the whole project including the event.
