Introduction

Wireless sensor Networks composed of

spatially distributed autonomous devices using
sensors to cooperatively monitor physical and
environmental conditions such as temperature,
pressure,vibration, motion ,pollutants etc.,
The Sensor node in the network is equipped
with radio tranceiver,a microcontroller,and a
battery.

Analysis

The security analysis performance simulation

shows that ROSS not only achieved the predefined security
goals.

Bootstrapping :
Q-composite scheme
multi path reinforcement scheme
Random pairwise scheme

These Three schemes represents different tradeoffs

in Random Key Protocol.

Key Management Scheme

Key management scheme for distributed sensor

networks.
This scheme is to design to both operational
and security mechanisms.
It defines simple protocols for shared key
discovery and path key establishment,key
revocation ,rekeying and incremental addition of
nodes.

Characteristics

Unique Characteristics of WSN:

limited computing power
mobility of nodes
larger scale of deployment
unattended operation
Limited communication bandwidth
limited storage resource

Dynamic Key management

Resource oriented security solutions for

heterogeneous clustered sensor networks.

EBS subset key algorithm has used to

implement the dynamic key management
Light weight key management protocol.

Advantages

Effectiveness and Efficiency

ROSS met the predefined standards in
protecting the network layer.
Best solution for key management.

Conclusion

Proposed protocol address networks security

issues .
It is distinguished with low power
consumption,less computation workload and
enhanced security.
