Abstract%
Picking$ up$ a$ girl$ in$ China$ nowadays$ is$ not$ difficult$
but$ extremely$ challenging$ (Winter,$ 2013).$ It$ seems$
that$ since$ the$ first$ stage$ boys$ step$ into$ university,$
everyone$ around$ them$ urges$ them$ to$ pursue$ a$ girl.$
Therefore,$ to$ assist$ millions$ of$ single$ men$ getting$
out$ of$ pool$ (slang$ for$ being$ in$ a$ relationship),$ I$
designed$this$fabulous$mobile$app$Her$that$acts$as$a$
great$ tool$ to$ help$ the$ users$ successfully$ be$ the$ Mr.$
Right$of$their$dream$girl.$Key$features$of$Her$include$
daily$tip$that$push$pieces$of$tips$for$boys$to$follow$
to$gain$the$favor$from$their$objectives.$It$would$also$
work$as$a$notification$tool$to$remind$the$users$of$all$
those$ important$ dates$ such$ as$ her$ birthday,$ 100$
days$ since$ acquaintance$ with$ her$ and$ her$ period$
days.$ Along$ with$ all$ these$ notifications,$ the$ app$ will$
provide$ users$ with$ suggestions$ such$ as$ choices$ of$
gifts,$ how$ to$ treat$ a$ girl$ when$ she$ is$ in$ her$ period.$
The$killer$app$is$the$customization,$which$means$all$
suggestions$ are$ based$ on$ the$ information$ of$ the$ girl$
and$the$progress$of$your$relationship$with$the$girl.$It$
is$ not$ a$ general$ information$ service.$ Actually,$ the$
more$ information$ you$ enter,$ update$ in$ the$ app,$ the$
better$the$app$ serves$ you.$Her$is$ free,$but$the$ love$
you$receive$is$priceless.$

challenging$for$boys$to$pursue$girls.$It$is$much$more$
than$rose$and$chocolate.$My$survey$which$targets$at$
young$males$under$30,$shows$that$many$of$them$feel$
distressed$and$helpless$when$fail$to$get$their$beloved$
her.$They$try$to$search$the$magic$code$for$love$on$the$
Internet$but$always$result$in$frustration.$That$is$why$
an$exclusively$customized,$elaborate$and$interactive$
app$Her$is$needed.$

dynamics$recommender$system,$Her$provides$
customized$suggestions$by$analyzing$behavior$
patterns$of$online$users$and$information$filtering.$
Her$encourages$users$to$fill$in$and$update$the$

gifts$list$based$on$the$information$of$her$interests,$
hobbies,$personalities$and$other$social$tags.$
Meanwhile,$Her$provides$a$voting$system$for$

the$gift.$Through$reinforcement$learning,$Her$
would$improve$its$recommender$system.$Moreover,$

balance$ and$ make$ the$ better$ choice$ between$
