Request you to submit following documents at the time of admission along

with all the original documents for verification.

1. Original copy of Class 10th Mark sheet {for submission}.

2. Original copy of Class 12th Mark sheet {for verification}.
3. 10 Attested copies of Class 10th Mark sheet {Attested by Gazetted officer}.
4. 10 Attested copies of Class 10th Certificate {Attested by Gazetted officer}.
5. 10 Attested copies of Class 12th Mark sheet {Attested by Gazetted officer}.
6. 10 Attested copies of Class 12th Certificate {Attested by Gazetted officer}.
7. Original copy of valid DGCA class II Medical Assessment.

Original copy of valid DGCA class I Medical Assessment.

9. 05 Attested copies of Passport.

10. 05 Attested copies of Birth Certificate {if available}.
11. 03 copies of Character certificate attested by Gazetted Officer, form is
attached for print out. Same will be useful in RTR exams application.
{If possible do not insert dates/open dated}.
12. 15 copies of Passport size photos {preferably with white background}.

13. Police Verification letter from your area police station {Request letter
from Institute will be given for the purpose}.
14. Mark sheet verification letter from respective education board {Request
letter from Institute will be given for the purpose}.
