The SOP PowerPoint he created has provided the training for two new employees
He has provided useful feedback in meetings and conference calls pertaining to system

3. Analyze the interns response to challenges or problems confronted in the


internship.
Johnny initially was timid when faced with problems and reluctant to ask for guidance. After
gaining some experience, he became comfortable and almost excited to solve the problems
we had. His candid feedback has been very useful in improving the efficiency of our
purchase order processing system.
4. Identify assistance needed by the intern or the supervisor to successfully complete
the internship.
Johnny and I have reviewed the Internship Portfolio packet, and set
learning goals that he should be able to successfully achieve.
