(4113). I have attached my resume to provide a detailed look at my work history and
experience but here are a few of the highlights of my career.
I have a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Masters in
Industrial and Labour Relations majoring in Human & Organizational development
and minoring in Project Monitoring and evaluation in Nigeria. I am very good at social
scientific research as well as training and development analysis and implementation.
I have a very rich wireless telecommunications background with an added advantage
of multi-vendor and equipment experience across the major technology trends and
developments. I have a 2 G /2.5G BSS and RAN specialization on Motorola, Nokia
Siemens and Harris/ Aviat Transmission Base. I have 3G / 3.5G and wimax
experience mainly on Huawei and Ericsson equipment. My planning and design,
installation and O&M skills are an asset for any project management cycle or design
framework and It uniquely places me at a strategic position for project planning &
design and or O&M and optimization roles.
One of the advantages of being a social engineer is that I take time to understand
and appreciate the complexities of human resources, the workplace and
organizational behaviour. This boosts my capacity to interplay on a wide scale from
both management and employee perspective and ensure organizational harmony for
good business development and sustainability. I understand resource planning and
allocation and profitability in the marketplace.
