effective during this activity.

Introduction
1. Greet the students by having
them go the the falcon
2. Explain that we will be
learning how play a game
that defense can not defend
with out contact.
3. Ask if the students have
played handball, ultimate

sections
5. Have the students practice
throwing the ball at the net
and try to catch it.
6. Explain to the students they
should try to make sure the
ball does not go out of
bounce or touch the ground.
