MANAGER
JOB SUMMERY:
The store manager is responsible for day to day activities, maintain high
standard and good working conditions that helps him in providing fast and
efficient service to store customers and his core objective is to satisfy
customers by providing quality experience.He should managestore
operations in such a way that it increases and maximize store profit.
KNOWLEDGE:
You must have knowledge in the following areas:
- Office Administration
- Accounts
- Customer Service
SKILLS:
You must have following skills:

- Effective listening skills

- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Book keeping skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain Customer Service: (30%)
It includes activities like
- Respect Customer
- Provide basic information about product
- Greet customer
2. Maintain Stock : (20%)
It includes activities like
-Purchase inventory
-Check how much inventory should be purchased
- What products are to be purchased
3. Keep Accounts Updated: (10%)
It includes activities like
- Check purchased inventory invoice
- Record Receipt
- Main general ledger
4. HRM Function: (40%)
It includes activities like
- Provide training to Sales person.
- Recruit Sales person
