    Good day!
    As part of our commitment in educating our students, I understand that as teachers we must be willing
    and able to handle classes even if they are scheduled during off hours. In fact, this semester, I was
    assigned classes which are scheduled during noon breaks. Thus, I would like to request your good
    office to please allow me to avail of the flexi-schedule option so I can utilize my vacant time in lieu of
    my supposedly noon breaks to attend to personal matters.
    The table below shows my off-hours schedule and my proposed flexi-schedule:
