the PowerPoint to facilitate ease within the lecture.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
I will call on students only by name
I will incorporate a lot of personal experiences and examples from my own
employment career to build on making connection with the students. By doing
so it is my hopes that students will see me in a different light and find me
more approachable.
I want to differentiate that how I will manage Fresh Fusion will not be how I
manage my ELA classes. It has come to my attention that some students
might find me intimidating or unapproachable, it is my goal to address that
fear of me. If students see me as a person as well as teacher perhaps they will
not feel as intimidated by professional teaching demeanor. I dont want to
alienate my students so I will be focusing on finding a balance to maintaining
my role as teacher but also making myself personable.
