Advisory Council
The Skyview Elementary school counseling program aims to receive and consider critical
feedback about the program, its goals, and effectiveness from a group representative of the
school and community. The advisory council seeks to obtain a more universal perspective of the
progress and accountability of the school counseling program. The council is open not just to hear
feedback, but to gain insights and ideas from those who see the program from different
views.
The advisory council meets twice a school year and one time a semester.
November 2, 2015 and March 7, 2016
The council is represented by various members of the school and local community who are skillful
in their own unique areas of expertise. There are 16 members.
