Negative Letter Reflection

For this assignment I had to create a negative letter. I had to reply to someone that accused me
of doing them wrong when in reality they made the mistake. The main issue I had with this
assignment was telling this person they ordered the wrong piece of equipment but telling them
nicely and without being rude. I found it somewhat hard not to just come right out and say I sent
you what you ordered and it is not my fault you ordered the wrong thing. I learned that you can
address a situation like this by simply adding clarification and offering the same outcome with a
minor addition or change to get them where they originally wanted to be before the
misunderstanding.
