Payment Schedule for Washington Trip
May 25-27, 2016
Great News!! The original total cost of our trip to
Washington has been reduced from $369.00 to $284.00
per person attending. We want to thank each of you for
your continuing support with our fundraisers! We have
received your $50 deposit per person for our
Washington, DC trip and now need to collect the
remaining balance of $234.00.(Per Person)
The payment schedule will include three payments of
$78 for each person attending. You may use the
schedule or you may pay all at once. Please send your
payments to Tammy Hughes (bookkeeper). Make checks
payable to CES. Thank you!

24 payment is due by: February 29, 2016 ($78.00)
3"4 Payment is due by: March 24, 2016 ($78.00)
We will continue to raise money for snacks, etc. to take
along on our trip.
