(25 photos) and appropriate student engagement strategies, pacing, sequence, activities,
materials, resources, technologies, and grouping. The lesson presented didnt overwhelm
students and appropriate pacing of the lesson was set. Specific measurable objectives were set
for class that day and would then be continued into the following class the next day.

Uses rituals and routines such as a structured introduction to the new lesson. Provides
appropriate responses to student questions and concerns. Maintains structured classroom and
excellent classroom management that help create and maintain a safe physical and intellectual

interfere with learning are prevented.

Regularly reflects on the effectiveness of lessons, units, and interactions with students, both
individually and with colleagues, and uses insights gained to improve practice and student
learning. Had students fill out surveys on how the felt the class was going so far. The data that
was gathered from these surveys was collected and compiled by Ms. Thomas and was examined
for areas that could be improved. Also asked students to rate their understanding at the end of
lesson.
