Quizzes (20%)
1. There will be FOUR (4) quizzes and NO mid-semester exam.
2. Questions: true/false, multiple choice, or structured.
3. Topics covered: intro & hrp, recruitment, selection, and employment &
retention.
4. Dates: would be adviced accordingly.
5. Venue: Lecture room / during class.
6. Marks for each quiz are 5%.
Team assignment / project (20%)
1. Each team consists of THREE (3) members.
2. Title of assignment to each team would be decided by the lecturer.
3. Every assignment must be supported by TWO (2) related articles from any
journals and ONE (1) article from any relevant magazines, paper or newspaper
cuttings, or articles from internet. No references from any text books!
4. The length of a teams essay is TWO (2) full pages, excluding the
bibliography/references and appendix/attachments. Font is Times New
Roman, size 12, one and a half spacing.
5. Bind your final report nicely.
6. Submission date is on 3 DECEMBER 2014 Wednesday during class session.
7. Teams assignments are evaluated based on the relevant articles attached,
arguments presented, flow of ideas, proper Malay or English used, and proper
writing format presentation.
Individual assignments (20%)
1. There will be THREE (3) or FOUR (4) individual assignments for the whole
semester.
2. All assignments would be communicated through LearningZone.
3. Bind the assignments in simple form.
4. Marks to each assignment would be adviced accordingly.
5. Submission dates for assignments would also be adviced accordingly.
