Roll the die and cover the number you roll with a counter.

Materials:

- Game Board

- Spinner

- Counters

Spin the spinner and cover the number you land on.

Try to cover the entire page!

Roll a Turkey

Materials:

- 1 8-sided Die

- Piece of paper

- Pencil

Roll your die. Draw the part of the turkey that is represented by
the number you rolled. Only draw one part at a time. If you need
more than one thing, such as an eye, you have to roll that number
twice.

1: Head (x1)
5: Wattle (x1)

2: Wing (x2)
6: Leg (x2)

3: Eye (x2)
7: Tail Feather (x8)

4: Beak (x1)

8: Neck (x1)

Odd Creatures

Materials:

- Spinner with creature parts

- Paperclip

- Odd Die

- Piece of paper

- Pencil

Roll you die and spin your spinner. Draw the amount you rolled of
the item you spun. For example, if you rolled a 3 and spun wings
you draw 3 wings on your creature.

Odd/Even Coin Flip



Materials:

- Plastic coin

- Game Board

- Counters

With a partner, take turns flipping a coin. Depending if you roll a
heads or a tails, cover a number which matches.

Ordinal Numerals Memory



Materials:

- Ordinal Numbers Cards

With a partner, shuffle the cards together. Lay the cards face down
in 4 rows of 5. Take turns flipping over two cards at a time to try
to get a match. If you get a match, take the cards and let the
other player go. If you do not get a match, flip the cards back over.

Materials:

- Ordinal Numbers Cards

With a partner, remove one suit of cards (one type of coloured
border) and place it in the center of the playing field. Shuffle the
remaining cards (3 suits) and deal them out to the players. Flip the
top card of the center pile over. At the same time, players flip the
top card over from their pile. If it is a match to the card in the
center, tap the center card. Whoever taps the card first wins all
the played cards on the table. If none of the cards are a match,
together, both players flip over the next card in their pile and
repeat. Players are allowed to tap for their partners card if they
notice the match before their partner, so pay attention to your
partners cards as well as your own.

Roll and Colour - 10 Grid



Materials:

- 1 10-sided die

- Grid to Colour

- Crayons, markers or pencil crayons

Roll your die. Whatever number they rolled, they find it on the
colouring grid and colour in that many of that number. For example,
if student rolls a 7, they find 7 on the grid and colour in 7 squares
that say 7.

Nine-Zi

Materials:

- 9 6-sided dice

Roll all 9 of your dice at once. Look for what number you rolled the
most of, keep these dice and re-roll the other dice. The object is to
get all 9 of your dice to say the same number. How many rolls does
it take you?

Flip 7

Materials:

- 1 Deck of Cards with Face cards removed

Flip over 7 cards. Remove all of the combinations of 10 you can find
using only 2 cards. Once you cannot remove any more cards, flip 7
more cards over and try again. Can you remove all of the cards
from the deck? (Jokers = 0)

Balancing Act

Materials:

- Balancing Act cards

Shuffle the number cards and put them in a pile face up on the left side of
the balance scale game board. Shuffle the set and action cards together and
deal out 3 cards to each player. Players 1 lays down a set card that matches
the numeral card on the balance scale. If they do not have a card, they pick
up cards from the set pile until they are able to play. The player may also
play an action card. Action cards can only be played once per players turn. If
the set card pile is out of cards, shuffle in the played cards.
