no.of employees is 9 and not covering under ESI Act . Please be informed , including
the Directors it is 12 Nos. According to Section 2 (9) of ESI Act , we would like to
bring to your kind attention that our Directors are not paid monthly salary and their
renumeration is Rs 12 Lakhs annually per person.

Please note that Spero Holdings Pvt Ltd., has stopped its operation from March 2014
and currently there are no employees.
