ThiscourseisofferedthroughtheLifetimeActivitiesDepartmentatSaltLakeCommunityCollegeandisapprovedtofillthe1.0credithoursofLifelongWellness
(LW)creditrequirement.Studentsarerequiredtocompleteasixweekworkoutlog,takequizzes,andcompletevariousassignments.Weencourageyou

GENERALEDUCATIONSTATEMENT
ThiscourseispartoftheGeneralEducationProgramatSaltLakeCommunityCollege.Itisdesignednotonlytoteachtheinformationandskillsrequiredbythe
discipline,butalsotodevelopvitalworkplaceskillsandtoteachstrategiesandskillsthatcanbeusedforlifelonglearning.
Whilethesubjectofeachcourseisimportantanduseful,webecometrulyeducatedthroughmakingconnectionsofsuchvariedinformationwiththedifferent
