Design Philosophy:

A complex architectural organism can only be experienced through a

movement where the succession of perceptions becomes organized mentally into a
total experience.
Design Concept: Diamond
Last 2014, the Quezon City government celebrates their diamond jubilee of
cityhood. The celebration started in October of 2014 and lasted in December. It has
been a significant event of the city so far since it lasted 75 years. As what the
diamond projects, it shows the city on its strongest point and therefore, the
diamond, represent such an esteemed celebration.
In addition, diamond is one of the best-known and most sought-after
gemstones. In choosing a perfect diamond, it was said that people should look on
four-Cs of the diamond: Carat, Cut, Clarity, and Color.
Carat, is specifically a measure of a diamond's weight, and by itself
may not accurately reflect a diamond's size.
Cut, is a diamond's most important characteristic. It has the greatest
overall influence on a diamond's beauty. It determines what we
generally think of as sparkle.
Clarity, simply refers to the tiny, natural imperfections that occur in all
but the finest diamonds.
Color, manifests itself in a diamond as a pale yellow. This is why a
diamond's color grade is based on its lack of color. The less color a
diamond has, the higher its color grade.
As a design concept, we can assume that the building, considering the four
Cs of diamond, should consider the weight of the building, the shape of the building,
the natural condition of the site, and the envelope of the building.
Form Concept: Diamond
The proposed mixed-used high rise building will rise along EDSA and will be
one of the iconic towers in the mixed-use development, Triangle Park, in Quezon
City. It will be built beside the proposed Philippine Diamond Tower and the Quezon
