schools

Services for Educators

Once you create an account as a educator, all of

your students can sign up and join your School

Tube classroom.
It offers a platform where educators can upload

videos of their lessons, and could be a very useful

tool to ensure students dont fall behind when
they are absent.
Students can also submit video presentations on

School Tube. However, any video submitted by a

student has to first be approved by the educator
before it is allowed to be posted on School Tube.

Safety of School Tube

School Tube is currently being used in

over 60% of all K-12 schools nationwide.

School Tube is in full compliance with the

Children's Online Privacy and Protection

Act. (COPPA
). Which requires a verified adult to grant
permission for children who are under 13
years old before they can create an
account on School Tube and upload
video.

How I Would use School Tube in

my Classroom
I believe that I would use School Tube in

my classroom if I was an educator.

In my opinion the best use for School

Tube would be for students who are

struggling, because educators can offer
their students links to videos that may
better explain the lesson / topic of
discussion.
I could also see myself using School Tube

to get ideas for projects or in class

assignments from other teachers videos
